How long does production take?
In-stock pieces ship in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order sculpts take 7–14 days, and custom commissions run 3–5 weeks depending on complexity and paint work.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Domestic delivery is free over $150; international rates are calculated at checkout and typically arrive in 5–10 business days.
What is your returns policy?
Catalogue pieces can be returned within 30 days in original packaging for a full refund. Custom commissions are non-returnable, but we replace anything damaged in transit free of charge.
Which materials do you print with?
8K photopolymer PLA for detail-critical statues and busts, PLA+ or PETG for large durable pieces, and carbon-filled nylon for mechanical parts. All paints are UV-stable and sealed with a matte or gloss clear coat.
How should I care for my collectible?
Keep pieces out of direct sunlight, dust with a soft brush, and avoid solvents. LED-lit models use replaceable coin cells rated for roughly 40 hours.
Do you print licensed characters?
No. Every sculpt is an original design inspired by genre archetypes. We don't reproduce trademarked logos, names or copyrighted models.
